My strengths lie in using large and complex datasets to produce clear, policy-relevant insights through structured analysis and interactive Power BI dashboards. I also contribute to rural health workforce research through the multi-university Nursing and Allied Health Graduate Outcome Tracking (NAHGOT) project, which aims to understand early-career workforce location selection among health professionals, as well as the impact and socio-economic benefits of the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training (RHMT) program in rural and remote communities. I am strongly committed to improving health equity in rural and remote communities.
