I am an early career researcher, currently working as a Research Fellow in the Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA) research centre. My research broadly examines how people use their time, across physical activity, sedentary behaviour, and sleep, and how this impacts their health. I have a growing focus on how weather and climate change influence these movement behaviours, with an interest in modelling future scenarios and informing climate-resilient health strategies. I have a strong interest in the use of wearable activity trackers as measurement and intervention tools and enjoy working with big data. In addition, I am a Lecturer in Physiotherapy, with a clinical background in paediatric physiotherapy.
