A lifetime ago I studied Science at The University of Adelaide then Honours in Clinical Immunology at Flinders. In recent years I studied the Master of Human Nutrition online through Deakin University and completed the Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science at UniSA in 2018.
Nutrition has been my focus since 2011 and my initial plan was to study Dietetics.  However I took the opportunity to start my PhD in February 2019, studying the determinants of antimicrobial resistance in residential aged care faciliies.
