Kristy is an Online Course Facilitator in Health Sciences for UniSA Online. In her role, she is responsible for the development and delivery of teaching for UniSA Online students and providing high-quality, innovative and engaging online teaching. Kristy is also an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with experience in clinical, teaching and research roles, and holds a special interest in maternal health and diabetes. Her PhD investigated the effect of intermittent energy restriction on weight loss and diabetes risk in women with a history of gestational diabetes.
