I hold a Master of Business (Administrative Management) and have had held numerous leadership positions across a number of industries including the automotive and education sectors.  The latter has given me over 20 years’ experience in the tertiary and vocational education and training environments (International and Domestic).  As a result of my employment and study I have developed skills in organisational development; change management; strategic and operational planning; financial modelling; and resource (human and physical) management.
I have published and presented a number of publications which focus on the development of quality frameworks and the measurement of service quality.
