I am currently Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at UniSA Business, having supervised six doctoral theses to completion with topics ranging from organizational change, corporate image and reputation, B2B marketing, knowledge management, job satisfaction to post-merger integration.
Professionally, I am based at the Saudi Arabian Oil Company as Head of Talent Management in Training & Development involved in the transformation of human capital through talent development activities, organizational analysis of change processes, and facilitation of organizational development interventions. I am also Adjunct Professor of Management with the KFUPM Business School (AACSB) at the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, teaching on their Executive MBA program.

My research interests are in intraorganizational learning, technologically-enabled change, knowledge teams, AI and human integration, quality of work life, future of work, developmental relationships, and leadership development. 

I hold a PhD in HRM and Organizational Behavior from the Leeds Metropolitan University, a DBA in Organizational Development from the University of South Australia, and postgraduate degrees from the University of Oxford and HEC Paris. 

I am a practitioner-scholar engaged in applied research through organizational analysis and interventions from the strategic change and HRM perspective. I am also keen on management coaching and consulting in the context of professional and organizational development.  

I currently serve on the Editorial Advisory Board of Human Resource Development International. 

I have also served as a doctoral external examiner for the University of Newcastle (Australia), University College London (United Kingdom), and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
