Welcome to my homepage. I am a dual-titled Musculoskeletal and Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with experience in private practice, elite sports, and military health settings. I hold a Master of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and am currently pursuing a PhD exploring the acute effects of exercise on the Achilles and Posterior Tibialis tendons using ultrasound.As a Lecturer at the University of South Australia, I teach across the Bachelor, Graduate Entry, and Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy programs, focusing on clinical reasoning, assessment, and management of musculoskeletal conditions. My goal is to help students develop the knowledge and skills to feel confident and effective in clinical practice.
