Dr Pam Papadelos is a senior lecturer in the Department of Sociology, Criminology & Gender Studies and co-Director of the Fay Gale Centre for Research on Gender. Her teaching and research focus on the ways gender intersects with race, class and sexuality. Her work examines the gendered dimensions of cross-cultural practices for post-war migrants and their descendants and, in particular, engages with current debates in Australia on managing cultural diversity, strengthening social cohesion and widening concepts of national identity. In addition, Pam is interested in the critical evaluation of current models of masculinity.

Pam Papadelos is the co-Director of The Fay Gale Centre for Research on Gender and a member of the Hugo Centre for Migration and Population Research.
