Dr Gillian Caughey - Senior Research Fellow - Adelaide Medical School.

Adjunct Senior Research Fellow School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, The University of South Australia.

My research aims to improve medication-related care and health outcomes for older people with multimorbidity. Specifically, it focuses on the utilisation, safety and efficacy of medicines, using a range of research methods and data, including electronic health records and administrative claims health data. This research facilitates the development of the evidence base for the therapeutic management of patients with multimorbidity and to understand the complex interactions between common combinations of treatments for chronic conditions and develop holistic models of care.
