I am a researcher with experience in innovative ways to engage diverse groups in institutional decisions related to projects, policies, and other types of initiatives. I am interested in the research and practical implementation of the design and evaluation of engagement strategies that incorporate the values and perspectives of all stakeholders to improve decision-making processes.
