At present, my research is primarily in the evaluation of policies/services/interventions in the child protection and juvenile justice sectors. However, I have a wide interest in topics including:
- Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), the mind-body connection, the placebo & nocebo effect, behavioural medicine
- Pharmaceutical promotion/advertising, persuasion & counter-persuasion
- Education & child development
- Consciousness & dreaming
- Open data, reproducibility, & transparency in research
