Sarah Kidd is Head of the National Mycology Reference Centre at SA Pathology, Adelaide, as well as Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide. She completed a Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours, and a PhD in Medicine, both at the University of Sydney. She holds Fellowships of the Australian Society for Microbiology, and of the European Confederation of Medical Mycology. Research interests include the epidemiology, phylogeny, and antifungal susceptibilities of fungal pathogens.
